At Khallada’s Gourmet Cookies, each order is crafted fresh with care and intention. Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final.

 

No Returns or Refunds

 

  • We do not accept returns.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

  • Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives:

 

  • Damaged during transit, or
  • Incorrect due to an error on our part


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Khalladamita8@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging


We will review the issue promptly and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Khallada’s Gourmet Cookies is not responsible for:

 


  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
